Delivery from ЕZAX online store after confirmed registration and made order. The client indicate way to pay and phone number in the order. Any valid order automatically gets a number of the order and confirmation.

Confirmation and execution of orders

ZaxBG`s operator always confirms by telephone call any order made of client. ЕZAX LTD keeps the right not to execute an order made in www.ezax.bgif the details of the client are not valid or if the items can not be delivered in the defined time limits. The operator of ЕZAX LTD is obligated to inform the client by telephone call or e-mail.

Confirmation of an order is made during the work day if the order is made until 16:00 o`clock and the next work day if it is made after 16:00 o`clock. In case the order is made during holiday, the confirmation will be made in the next work day.

The client could cancel an order before a confirmation of the operator in the cases defined in the general conditions and by the law of Republic of Bulgaria. In case of a cancelled order, if the client made a payment by credit or debit card, it will be refund into client`s bank account.

The client is paying the order by the prices defined in it. In case the product can not be delivered the operator is able to offer alternative product with similar characteristics and price which the client is able to accept or not.

Terms and price of delivery

The term of delivering an order made by is 30 (thirty) work days. If the order is available on stock the term of the delivery is 5 (five) work days. The price of delivery on order in Sofia city less than 1000 leva included VAT is 5% and free for orders over 1000 leva.

The price of delivery an order outside Sofia city is 5% of the price of the delivery with included VAT.

The delivery does not include taking the order to the client`s home.

In case of delay of order , the operator of ЕZAX LTD is obligated to inform the client and specify a new delivery date. All products ordered in are insured.


The client receives the order from courier company which ЕZAX LTD has a contract with. The client receives an invoice and warranty card and also sign a packing slip certifying receiving the order. The client must check the content of the order before singing the slip.

Warranty conditions

During the delivery the client receives a warranty card of the product which provides information about terms and service.


The client has the right to return the product he bought from online store in 7 (seven) work days after the delivery in the cases defined in general conditions of and the laws of Republic of Bulgaria. The product must be in it`s original packing, documentation and good shape are required. In that case the client could receive back the payment he made in 30 (thirty) days after returning the products into his bank account that he designated in Declaration. In case of paying by credit or debit card the sum is refund into the same card or account.

The operator defines the address where to receive back the order .The returning could be made only in work day between 10:00 and 18:00 o`clock. The expenses of delivery the order back are due to the client unless the cases defined in general conditions.

For the purposes of these general conditions "user" is anyone who accesses to is owned by ЕZAX LTD.
